When her publisher decides to drop her as an author, renowned true crime writer Claire Christie makes one last attempt to save her career by persuading an infamous serial killer to write the foreword to her latest book before his execution. As her attraction to the charismatic murderer grows, their interview becomes a dangerous game of manipulation with deadly consequences.
